My beaut glow

This is my daily routine to keeping my face clean from breakouts

I realized that using too many products on your face
could cause serious breakouts on your skin.
It is good to stick to one product, whatever it is that is good for your skin.
I use dove white soap as a regular cleanser for my face and skin
as my skin is quite sensitive.
As a moisturizer I apply Vaseline after cleansing my face.
I've tried black soap, different face washes and creams for my face
and neither of them compare to dove soap.
They usually make the breakouts worse.
I've also tried many different moisturizers that didn't seem to help.
Sometimes I use Epsom salt and dove soap to exfoliate my face.
I rub the dove soap in the palm of my hands until it forms lots of soap,
then I add Epsom salt in the middle of one hand, and gently
massage it into my face in a circular motion.
After washing my face, I rince it with cold water.
I find it very purifying and refreshing.

When I get breakouts really bad I turn to the face mask.
I use the Aztec Indian Healing clay along with a few other products.
This mask can be mixed a few different ways to make several different
face masks depending on the type of skin you have and/or
the results your'e looking for.

*Apple Cider Vinegar
*Castor Oil

The measurements given is for one face mask.
2 tablespoons of clay
2 teaspoons of water
2 teaspoons of  ac vinegar
2 teaspoons of castor oil

In a plastic bowl using a plastic spoon mix the product together
until it forms a pasty texture.
Before applying the mask to your face,
exfoliate your skin with your face wash and Epsom salt,
and then gently wipe your face with a warm/hot face towel.

Leave the mask on your face for
20-25 minutes, long enough
for it to dry all the way.
After it dries on your skin
rince it off using cold to warm water
followed by a damp face towel.
Apply Vaseline for ultimate penetration.

This is my favorite face cleansing mask.
It leaves my skin feeling so nourished,
soft, and oh so smooth!

  • Using clean brushes is the key to maintaining a bump-free face
  • Mixing certain products together could be quite harsh on your skin
  • Don't apply too much makeup every single day
  • Wash your face off before bedtime
  • After washing off makeup, apply Vaseline to penetrate your skin
  • Use odor free face wipes

 facials & professional products

Facials from time to time is always a good idea
A med spa is recommended, I enjoy going to the one located in Phipps.
I also recommend getting a face peel (from this location) every year,
I've only had one peel so far back in November,
and I am very impressed with my skin.
I've never really had bad skin but my skin is definitely glowing.
My skin looks smoother and I rarely ever get breakouts.
The only reason I recommend this location is because
they're very professional and they use amazing products.
Remember ladies you get what you pay for!

perfect daily face cleansing routines & brands.

Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm
Pro-Collagen Marine Cream
I also love the Papaya Enzyme Peel
which I use every week, leaving it on my face for 15 minutes.

Papaya Enzyme Cleanser
Hydrate Facial Moisturizer

The products I use on my face were recommended to
me by a skin specialist at the spa.
Every one has different skin so what works for me may not work for you
but once you find the perfect products for your face you should stick with it.
Your dermatologist should suggest what products will
work best with your skin type.
The idea of perfect skin starts with minimal products.
